Includes cases handled by outside counsel, charitable trust, and amicus curiae cases. Cases are mostly organized by case number; some major cases are pulled out separately (such as the Nursing Board Division Petitions, Encarnacion vs. Fort Hays State University, Natural Law Party vs. Bill Graves, etc). Includes docket control slips and sheets, statutes, court documents, testimonies, working documentation, correspondence--all working files related to cases in which the Litigation Division and its successor sub-agencies was involved on behalf of the State of Kansas.
