Information regarding births can include date of return, name/sex/number of child to the mother, color, date and place of birth, nationality/nativity/ages of parents, names of parents, father's occupation, and name of attendant at birth.
Information regarding deaths can include date of report, name/sex/color of deceased, age and occupation, date of death, marital status, nativity and nationality, length of residency in Kansas, place and cause of death, duration of disease and any complication(s), place and date of burial, name of undertaker and place of business, and name and residence of physician.
Information for infectious diseases can include date of report, name and residence of infected, number of case, disease (e.g. measles, scarlet fever, diphtheria, etc.), and physician's name.
