Scope and content: Notebooks kept by adjunctive therapy staff. Includes a 1948 manual occupational therapy log with daily notations regarding patients who were there and when/for how long, and sometimes including comments about the patients and their work/apparent emotional states; 1945-1947 Gripe and Program Committee meeting notebook gives meeting minutes, with concerns about patients' comforts and their general quality of life in the clinic, as well as discussions of activities and programs for patients (see also the later Patient-Staff Council records); and four volumes of activity therapy comments regarding patients from the years 1951-1953 and undated. These volumes note patients' actions, apparent emotional states, how group activities went and who did or did not participate, actions and reactions during meetings such as for the Committee on Tuesday Activities, floor meetings, and patient-staff meetings, among other related topics.
