Scope and content: Six scrapbooks documenting the celebrations and festivities surrounding the 50th anniversary of the Menninger Foundation. Activities included such normal events as the Board of Trustees' annual meeting, Arbor Day, Dr. Karl's birthday, and also included such special events as dinners and an employee dance, exhibits and presentations at professional conferences, special conferences hosted by the Menninger Foundation, dedication of the original Clinic building as an historic site, etc. Types of materials found in the scrapbooks include photographs, event programs, press releases, letters, interoffice memoranda, newspaper clippings, transcripts of speeches, copies of TPR, etc.
