Board of Directors Election
November 6, 2009

Article VIII of the bylaws of the Kansas State Historical Society, Inc., provides that the names of the nominees to be voted on at the annual meeting of the Historical Society shall be approved by the executive committee and given to the membership of KSHS, Inc., by publication at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting.

In compliance with this provision, the nominating committee respectfully submits the following slate of nominations for election at the annual meeting on Friday, November 6, 2009, as approved by the executive committee on August 21, 2009. All nominees have agreed to serve if elected.

Individuals nominated to a three-year term on the board of directors ending after the annual meeting in 2012:
