The executive director is a non-voting member of the Executive Committee.

secretaries and directors
In addition to the officers and executive committee, the Society is
governed by a 102-member board from across Kansas. The board meets in
the fall at the annual meeting in Topeka, and gathers for the spring
meeting, which rotates to different communities across the state. The
public is invited to the meetings, which feature programming and information
