War Letters
Do
You Have Something You'd Like to Donate?
With your help, the Kansas Historical Society
hopes to increase its collection of war letters and related documents. If you
have war letters, diaries, photographs, or other items that you would like to
donate to the KSHS, please contact Nancy Sherbert, acquisitions, 785-272-8681,
ext. 303, or nsherbert@kshs.org. We
are looking for documents and related items that were created or received by
Kansans in the military service.
Would you like to be involved in this project, but don't want to part with
treasured family items? We can copy photographs, letters, diaries, and similar
materials to make their content available to researchers, while still allowing
the originals to remain in the permanent custody of the family. The original
items will be copied at the Center for Historical Reserch and returned to the
owner.
The Society relies on the kindness aand generosity of donors and lenders to
build its collections.
