From the Greensburg Chamber of Commerce, 1966-- "The largest hand-dug water well in the world is shown here. It's located at Greensburg, Kan. Photograph was taken at bottom of well. Some folks like to decifer it by standing on their heads. The easiest procedure is to hold picture over your head and to peep up, proving that all's well that ends well."
