1999 was terrible. Heavy rains caused some wheat to fall to the ground, where combines couldn't pick it up. Diseases thrived in the cool, damp weather.
Jagger did surprisingly well. It resisted leaf rust--a problem because of the rainy weather.
Not using herbicide was a bad decision because your field was overrun by weeds.

Too bad! You had a terrible year.
You harvested only 20 bushels per acre, and you needed at least 30 to break even.
