The fee is $20 for trunks reserved for use before July 1, 2012.  Handling fees will be reviewed in January 2012 for trunks scheduled for use after July 1, 2012.  Borrowers will be invoiced a month before the reservation begins.  Handling fees are refundable for cancellations with a minimum of two weeks notice.  For more information about the traveling resource trunks read the Guidelines for Traveling Resource Trunks.

Trunks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and some trunk calendars fill up quickly.  We recommend making your reservation early when at all possible.  Your order will not be final until you receive an e-mail or written confirmation.
