Cottonwood Ranch State Historic Site

John Fenton PrattJohn Fenton Pratt, pictured at left, had no idea when he started building his ranch that it would someday tell the story of his family and his native Yorkshire, England. Take a step into history as you tour the grounds of this relatively unchanged rural ranch set in the South Solomon River Valley of the High Plains. Exterior signs tell the story of the Pratt family, their unique sheep ranch, and its stained glass windows and Yorkshire architecture.
