Kansas Historical Society

The Kansas Historical Society's home in Topeka is a complex of four buildings, includes two of historic structures and a nature trail.

Surrounded by prairie and woodlands on the western edge of Topeka, the complex is removed from the city but easy to find. Just take exit 356 off Interstate-70 and follow the signs.

The complex is open to the public. There's no charge for parking, and many visitors enjoy our picnic areas and nature trail.
