RALPH A. HARRIS

RALPH A. HARRIS, editor and owner of the Ottawa Herald, was born in Ottawa, Kan., March 12, 1871, and has made his home there up to the present time with the exception of three years spent on a farm in Franklin county, Kansas, during his early childhood. He received his education in the Ottawa public schools, Ottawa University, and Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. On leaving school he engaged in the banking business at Ottawa. In 1907 he purchased the Ottawa Herald from Henry J. Allen, and has conducted it since that time.
