The four building complex features the Kansas Museum of History with classrooms, meeting facilities in the Potawatomi Mission, one-room schoolhouse, and the State Archives & Library with classrooms. Flexible FacilityWhether you choose elegance or homespun, the Kansas Historical Society offers the ideal locale. Our eleven event sites are designed to accommodate guest lists of 10 to 300 people. The professional event staff will work with you on details concerning locations, amenities, and room reservation rates. Most services, such as audio-visual equipment, tables and seating, and security are provided at no extra cost to you. Featuring the relaxed atmosphereof days gone by with today's modern amenities, the Kansas Historical Society hosts thousands of visitors each year for award-winning exhibits and programs, as well as business meetings, family celebrations, and charitable gatherings hosted at this beautiful facility in the woods. We invite you to meet in the historic Potawatomi Mission, enjoy an elegant evening in the stately research center foyer or kick up your heels in the museum lobby. Your meetings will make memories!
