Although the license was made out and the bond furnished, he apparently took the bond from the office & never called for the license. It is assumed he intends to violate the intercourse law & wishes to avoid the penalty of the bond.

The Indians further state that no annuities were paid to them from 1837-1839, and that the amount sent to Canada in 1842, $133.33 should be recalled and given to those in the Fort Leavenworth Agency.
