Vendor opportunities

Museum Store, TopekaThe Kansas Historical Foundation looks for opportunities to work with Kansas artisans around the state. The Foundation operates the Museum Store, Capitol Store, and Museum Store Online.

Capitol Store Consignment Artisans

The Capitol Store inside the Kansas State Capitol Visitors Center is getting ready to reopen soon and we are searching for consignment artists! The Capitol Store carries a large selection of unique, Kansas-made art, food, and gifts and strives to work with Kansas artisans from across the state to provide these quality products. If you are a Kansas artisan who would be interested in providing your artwork to be sold on a consignment agreement basis through our Capitol Store location, please contact Caryn Kramer, caryn.kramer@ks.gov; 785-272-8681, ext. 431.

Calling Kansas Copper Artists

The Kansas Historical Foundation is looking to expand the scope of its copper wares beyond jewelry and is once again offering Kansas artists the opportunity to work with the historic copper. The copper was removed from the roof of the Kansas State Capitol building during the renovation of 2013. If interested, you must be a Kansas resident with a working knowledge of copper. Please provide your contact information, including website if applicable or email examples of your work. Contact Caryn Kramer, caryn.kramer@ks.gov; 785-272-8681, ext. 431.
