Abstract: The collection consists of a children's school workbook apparently from Saline County, Kansas; receipts, bank deposit slips, checks, and other such financial material; report cards from Culver High School in 1915-1916 for Blanche Rothrock; Victory Life and Washington National Insurance Companies records; recordkeeping books from Continenal Steel Corporation and from the Farmers' Union Cooperative Association of Carlton, Kansas; and other such materials. Blanche Rothrock married Howard Monninger; they lived in the Culver, Ottawa County, Kansas area until 1944 when they moved to Topeka. Howard Monninger served as a shop foreman of the prisoner of war camp at Camp Phillips near Salina during the war; otherwise he spent his life in Culver as a farmer, and Blanche taught school in several locations.
