Summary: Anna Louisa Chesebrough Ingalls sends a list of voters of Sumner (Atchison County), Kan.; some still reside in Atchison, Kan. Sumner was located on the river bank 2½ miles south of Atchison. It was once a popular shopping center. Only the schoolhouse built by Mr. Scarborough now remains.
