Topeka - Kansas Museum of History - Homeschool Wednesday

This month's Home School Wednesday features KidMapped: Although modern technology has revolutionized navigation, maps are not obsolete. Historians use maps to interpret the past and by political scientists to understand the present.

Learn more about maps and their many uses, while also exploring the unique geography of Kansas.

This program is held the first Wednesday of each month during the school year at the Kansas Museum of History in Topeka. We'll use primary sources and hands-on activities to help students learn about each topic. The program is geared toward fourth grade through high school students. Preregistration is requested; space is limited.
