Heritage Trust Fund Workshops

Workshops are scheduled each spring and summer to provide information about the Heritage Trust Fund grant program. The Heritage Trust Fund (HTF) is a program that provides matching funds for the preservation of properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places or the Register of Historic Kansas Places. This is a competitive grant program, in which applicants compete for the funds that are available each year.

Each workshop includes information on applying for a grant and the administration of a grant, should your project be funded.

Attendance at one of the workshops is highly recommended for those planning to apply for a Heritage Trust Fund grant in the coming year. There is no cost to attend. Advanced registration is encouraged, but not required. We only ask that you let us know if you plan to attend so we may contact you in the event of a cancellation and to provide sufficient seating. Please contact 785-272-8681, ext. 240; kshs.shpo@ks.gov to be placed on the attendance list.

2019 HTF Grant Round
Grant workshops for the 2019 HTF grant round will be held in various locations during the summer of 2018. Check back in May 2018 for a list of the workshop dates and locations.
