Kerosene tank wagon, Arkansas City, Kansas

This kerosene wagon was once used by the Grimes family of Arkansas City for home delivery of kerosene to customers. When the photograph was taken, the tank was 62 years old and owned by Harry Grimes of Arkansas City. His grandfather and father both sold kerosene from it, driving up and down city streets and country roads.
