Physical Description: Black varnish wood handle attached to oval brass stamp.

History of Object: The donor, Charles Goebel, collected Santa Fe Railroad objects. He was a Santa Fe employee for 46 years. In 1963, he opened a museum in the Santa Fe depot at Burlingame, KS. The museum closed in 1981 and objects were donated to KSHS. Donor was curator of his railroad museum and accepted donations from retired Santa Fe workers.
