The four museum classrooms, available days and evenings, can accommodate up to 250 people in a banquet setting. The museum lobby, available from 5 p.m. to midnight, can accommodate up to 300 people in a banquet setting. The outdoor plaza, available 5 p.m. to midnight, can accommodate seating for up to 100 people.

Room reservation rates are comprehensive and include at no additional cost: room set-up with tables and chairs to customer specifications; the use of event equipment, if requested; and the services of the onsite event coordinator, security, and custodial staff.
